The Lofts on Main is comprised of two buildings that include 74 artist lofts, a landscaped courtyard and first floor gallery. This exciting project drew much support based on its unique program, and infill urban development, which included a brownfield cleanup. Insite provided site engineering, surveying, and landscape architectural services from initial planning through the completion of construction. Construction of an infill building on a busy main street presented unique challenges, which were overcome through teamwork and close coordination amongst the project stakeholders.

Eastdale Village is a smart-growth-designed development featuring more than 120,000 square feet of commercial real estate including dining, medical, retail, office space, and over 400 luxury apartments. This project required rezoning, extensive permitting, offsite infrastructure improvements, and close coordination with the construction team.
CROSSROADS AT BALDWIN PLACE

This project involved the redevelopment of an existing driving range into a mixed used development, including a 24,000 s.f. commercial building and 52 units of rental housing. A series of offsite improvements were designed, such as expanding a county sewer district and provision of utilities and sidewalks for an existing commercial corridor along a state right of way.
THE CLUB AT BRIARCLIFF

Insite has been providing land surveying services on the Club at Briarcliff property site for decades, providing mapping in support of the conveyance of the property to Senior Lifestyle, support in other legal matters related to the development of the site and base mapping, which was integral for the design of the currently developed 7 and 9 story buildings, which are home to a state-of-the-art senior living community. Insite also provided construction support and as-built mapping throughout many phases of the project.
